The Whole-Person Paradigm

Our Leadership and Emotional Intelligence training is based on the Whole-Person Paradigm. It recognises that human beings are not things that must be motivated and controlled. Instead, people are four-dimensional – body, heart, mind and spirit. Performance involves “A Whole Person in a Whole Job”. The “Whole Person” comprises the Four Intelligences shown in the diagram below.

Leadership in the Knowledge Age

In the Global Knowledge Economy, performance involves unleashing the talents  of people in the organisation to realise their full creative potential.

Leaders need the skills to harness people’s highest contribution towards meaningful organisational purposes.

Talented employees need great managers

How long people stay with the organisation and how productive they are is determined by their relationship with their immediate supervisor.
