In a professional career, it is natural for questions like these to come up. Coaching and hypnosis can often help provide the answers.


Coaching can be situational or performance focussed.

  • Situational coaching helps deal with a current situation, often to resolve issues and get ‘Back on Track’.
  • Performance coaching aims to take your performance to the next level – in your work or personal life. It involves working with your talents and identifying your hidden strengths, to realise your full career potential, or to create the personal life you wish for.


Personal Coaching in Emotional Intelligence

EI coaching can be seen as a form of performance coaching, sharing many elements with the coaching of elite athletes or sports teams. Your EI Performance Coach will focus on both the mental and physical components, much like a golf swing or tennis serve, giving you the ‘edge’ needed to perform at the top level.

Work-Life Balance

As long as we consider work and life to be separate elements that we need to balance, we have a Zero-Sum Game – for one to win, the other has to lose.

In the short term, work and life may require some ‘separation’, in order to achieve a ‘Work-Life Balance’, but in the longer term the aim is ‘Work-Life Integration’ – becoming a ‘Master in the Art of Living’.

‘A Master in the Art of Living makes little distinction between work and play, labour and leisure, mind and body, learning and recreation, being and doing.

She/He simply pursues a vision of excellence in whatever she/he does, leaving others to decide whether she is working or playing. To herself she/he is always doing both.’


Many of the stubborn patterns that affect people’s careers, relationships, emotions and health are the result of subconscious patterns. Ericksonian (Brief Therapy) Hypnosis allows these patterns to be corrected more quickly and with less effort than traditional coaching or psychotherapy.

Ericksonian Hypnosis is also termed Indirect Hypnosis, because the client remains in control. It is quite different from Direct or ‘Stage’ Hypnosis where the hypnotist is in control. It has proved very effective for a wide range of personality issues such as assertiveness, self-confidence, self-image and phobias, as well as health issues like weight loss, substance abuse and pain relief etc.
